Essential Property Plan

$65/per unit

2 seasonal visits for HVAC maintenance covering 10-25 units include filter Includes:

Enhanced Property Plan

$75/per unit

2 Seasonal visits | 10-50 unit complex

Includes:

• All features from the Essentials Plan

• Filters provided

• Minor repair labor (up to 30 mins/unit)

• Unit performance rating sheet

• Priority scheduling

• Digital PDF reports for each round

Performance Property Plan

Unit Diagnostic + Service Report

$115/per unit

Service Includes:

• Full system performance test (cooling/heating modes)

• Filter check, airflow verification, drain and coil inspection

• Basic troubleshooting of reported issues (no major disassembly)

• Digital service report with findings, condition notes, and repair recommendations

• Optional coordination with property staff or tenant (if access is required)

Drain-Line Clearing

$125/per unit

Service Includes:

• Visual inspection of condensate drains and pans

• Algae and mold treatment (enzyme or biocide flush)

• Clearing via vacuum or pressurized method

• Drain pan inspection and flow test

• Multi-unit reporting (issues documented by unit)

Leak Check + Basic Repair

$395/per unit

Service Includes:

• Recovery of refrigerant (if system is still charged)

• Nitrogen pressure testing before and after repair

• Basic repair of accessible leaks (flare fittings, braze joints, etc.)

• System evacuation to 500 microns

• Recharge with up to 1 lb of refrigerant

• Final system re-test and pressure verification

• Written report with next-step recommendations if further issues are found
